GenH Rehydra is a scientifically balanced sugar-free electrolyte and hydration powder formulated with essential electrolytes, L-glutamine and key vitamins to support electrolyte balance and mineral replenishment during or after moderate physical activity.

*After mixing with water, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.

Mix 1 level scoop (10 g) into 500 ml of cold water. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved. Consume once daily during or after physical activity. Suitable for children 12 years and older, teens, and adults.
